Can I get a Jack Slap Cheer?
Well, this evening "Jack Slap Cheer" randomly hit my headphones and the first ensuing thought was simply, "What in the hell happened to LJ?" This thing is something special. Looking back through this has been quite the interesting journey. So, per Margo's suggestion, let's bring this thing back. Yeah? Yeah.
Almost three years have gone by since I've used this thing. Now, we're all in our twenties and being all adult-like and shit. So what's been going on with all of us? How's life been?
Well, I'm about to get a degree in Education, shockingly. Who woulda thunk I'd want to be a teacher? Beats me, but I'm liking it so far. I'll be a student teacher next year and that is a bit terrifying, to be honest. Other than that, I dunno. Life is pretty swell. I've got great people in my life and I can't wait for the summer. Plus, in two weeks I'll be seeing my lovely GV and Lansing/EL kids! Marg's gonna be 21 and everything too! Crazy sauce.
Let's see what else is there to share? I'm really enjoying life right now. I've figured things out quite well, shockingly. I've relaxed my views and become grounded. I'm just living life as it comes which feels pretty damn good. I'm enjoying the relaxed life. It's a good feeling.
Anyway, I've gotta run but let's bring this LJ right back! It's such a silly but wonderful little thing!!
