Sigh. We'll see if the fucker actually gets here, and then we'll call them and say WTF MATE. And then we'll probably have to send it back. And or KILLL THEM ALL, MWAHAHAHA.
Anyhow, I actually got to talk to people on the phones tonight. It was kinda crazy, and I'm pretty sure I didn't screw anything up too badly. This one guy kept talking and talking though...and he was all angry about his APR on his other credit card doubling, and as he put it "...it really hots my nobs!"
Greatness. I am trying to spread this phrase far and wide, cause it amuses the hell out of me.
Also, I have decided that if I ever want to get fired from this job, I'm just going to start answering calls "WAZZUP BITCH?!" and see how long it takes them to pull me and whether their heads explode. Funtimes, funtimes.
