Tony's Jaw
Tony has an underbite. It is a pretty big underbite and braces did not correct it. His orthodontist said his jaw would have to be broken and reset, but we would have to wait until his late teens because boys experience a lower jaw growth spurt in their teen years.
My brother has this same underbite but not as severe as Tony's. He has never gotten it fixed and regrets it because he has alot of pain related to it.
Tony has been having jaw pain the last few weeks, whenever he has to use his jaw to chew.
I called his old orthodontist to see who they had recommended (it's been awhile, and I forgot).
I called the recommended dr but he no longer does the jaw surgery although he will see him for a consultation (ummmm... why don't I just find a dr who does the surgery). They suggested 2 other drs but they are not sure if they are still doing the jaw surgery. The first one was a Dr Day... the other one was
DR PAIN!!!! (okay payne... but PAIN is better)
I just told tony about dr PAIN...
He said ...
