Looks like I can cook!
That stuffed eggplant was hard, but it turned out to be delicious. Even my dad liked it! I just wish I had taken a picture of the zucchini and tomato quiche before we ate it, because it was gorgeous. I'll just have to make it again. I got enough zucchini to last a month or two :P I also made rib beaujolais:
That is the red wine sauce. Mmmm wine.
I'm pretty happy with myself. This was basically my first time really cooking something. I usually do the "add water, microwave on high 2 minutes" kind of deals. Yay!
