i had to wake up at 6am today, and keep myself awake for 2 hours because the med rep who was gonna take blood from me was arriving at 8am. It was such an ordeal to stay awake with weather of at least 24 °C. Pretty cold for a tropical country like this. What's worse is, i couldn't take in anything - food, water, coffee, anything. RARR. This was torture. For me, at least.
The med rep arrived on time, thankfully. I was afraid I'd faint when he started sticking the needle on my arm so i asked Dad to sit beside me and hold my hand until it was over. (Yes, I'm a baby like that.) I looked the other way, squinted, and felt the needle in my arm. Surprisingly, it didn't hurt as bad as i thought it would. As they say, parang kagat lang ng langgam. When med-rep was done, i saw the syringe full of my blood, which he then after put in 3 separate vials.
No, i didn't faint. :D i was just being paranoid. hehehe.
Had breakfast as soon as the med-rep left, power napped for a few mins, then headed to work.
i'm really sleepy now :(
i hope i get to sleep in longer tomorrow morning.
*yawn*
