Medical Info: ...WTF do I put here? Delirium is the anthropomorphic personification of insanity. She is ageless and classifies as virtually immortal. Her corporeal body could get injured but I really doubt anything would kill her. She literally is insanity.
Eyes: Mismatched. One is green with silver flecks. The other is blue. If for some reason she must pull herself together her eyes become the same color and she becomes a very symmetrical creature, but this effort causes her pain. She will not do this unless it is necessary.
Hair: Multi-colored, changes at random for no explained reason. One possibility is to indicate her mood and varying mental states. Often it's styled in a messy, goth-punkish manner, with shaved parts or dreadlocks and such.
Physical traits: Delirium is said to smell of sweat, late nights, sour wine, and old leather. Her shadow never reflects her shape, and is tangible like velvet. She is very short and thin with an undeveloped chest, and her hair and clothing change at random for no explained reason. Again, it could be indicative of her mood and mental state. Her typical clothing style is reminiscent of the goth, punk, lolita and grunge scenes.
What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: Don't insult Delirium about anything, or she may do something to you. Don't call her a person.
Abilities: Shapeshifting. Prophetic knowledge. Teleporting instantaneously to anywhere in the mortal realm and most places outside that, given permission. Blowing bubbles into impossible shapes. Making colored frogs or fish appear out of nowhere. Becoming butterflies or fishies that swim through the air. Inventing flavors of ice cream. Making invisible insects crawl all over a person for the rest of their life. Omnipresence; she is everywhere on Earth at any moment, but not in a form visible to humans, usually. Possessing god-like powers and absolute power over the realm of Delirium and Sanity, she is capable of bringing sanity or madness to any and all within her scope.
Notes for the Psychics: Need I repeat myself that Del literally is insanity? BE CAREFUL!
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Yes/No/Only if Del may retaliate/Only if Del may retaliate.
Kissing/Hugging/Nonviolent Contact: ...Er. This is probably not a good idea. Del does not like being touched. Not to mention that touching her may do something to your character. Do it at your own risk, and please tell me what she's allowed to do in retaliation.
Fighting: Del is not a fighter. She'd be more likely to take two people fighting and make them do something else. [Make love, not war? :D] If she were to fight, it'd be her way, with badtouching your characters' sanity.
