The spoilers are real. I've had confirmation from elsewhere and this person is trustworthy.
Besides, too many people from too many different places have confirmed the leaks from books sold by stores who didn't care about the street date or didn't know the book even had one. I used to work in a bookstore and all the employees knew what SOS meant--Strict on Sale. Publishers now allow non-bookstores to sell their books which means their product is in more venues but also means that sales embargos aren't followed as strictly as they used to be because those employees probably aren't aware that books have release dates. After all, groceries don't and neither do clothing or appliances. I'm bet you anything the people who bought early copies bought them in stores that weren't bookstores.
I also think if this was a hoax people who have already bought the books would have denied them by now and there would be a new set of contradictory spoilers out there. So far, there isn't. Copies were sold early--copies of DH were sold early and that book had more security than some banks and there is no reason why Meyer and Little, Brown would be able to accomplish what JKR and Scholastic couldn't.
