how have you found GF chinese food?? i can't convince any place near me to not use soy sauce in their prep, and i am *craving* takeout. . .

I didn't! The blog is not completely GF anymore. I mark the GF bento with a 'gluten-free' tag.

I am not sure what brand they are, but they are near the dairy section in my H Mart (also known as Hanahreum in some areas). Just check the Asian markets...
