Front: Vietnamese chicken curry with Yukon Gold potatoes, sweet potatoes, Korean white sweet potatoes, and carrots
Back: rice noodles with mint garnish

Chicken curry is one of those dishes that I can eat over and over again. :9 I like it over rice, over noodles, or with French bread or roti prata for dipping. Mmm mmm good!
