Curly pasta with roasted zucchini and shrimp (will post a recipe next time), strawberries and daifuku for dessert

I've always called them mochi, or mochi cakes, but I guess daifuku is the appropriate name for them. They are basically yummy little mochi packets with sweet azuki bean paste inside.

This dish tastes fresh and light and is lovely to have in the spring and summer. The roasted zucchini and garlicky shrimp are tossed with the pasta in a lemony vinaigrette that's chock full of fresh herbs. Yum!
