I think what is stopping me from getting better is that i am still doing everything i normally do, so i'm not really resting, which would help me recover. And because of my diet I can't have apple juice which would give me some much needed vitamin C. Actually i can't eat any fruit, which may be contributing to the slowness of my immune system at the moment. Damn diet. I cheated on it BIG TIME last night, had pizza ;)
