(no subject)
A lot has been going on in the last few days but I'm not good at making it sound exciting in journal form.
The weekend was really fun! I went to the Poachers Arms on Saturday night where I met some boys (I've been doing that lately, it's odd), I feel kind of bad becuase they bought me tequila (which I was deathly afraid to drink) and I will never see them again. I hope I at least said thank you, I do'nt want to be a bitch. Then on the way home, Steve and I got separated from everybody and Steve stopped at the street meat guy, got a sausage, then we stopped at sammy's where he got poutine AND a gyro! He told me not to tell anybody how much he ate but you people don't know steve, hehe.
Yesterday I went to an interview at Humber, another place I don't think I will be getting into. They were looking for so much in the portfolio. I heard a lot of people talking while waiting to be interviewed, and they had tried to get into the program in past years and had to take a "design foundations" course instead because they weren't qualified. Enter...Mary. I don't know what the chances are at all but I really don't see it happening unless they really take into account my BA and my OAC's.
Tonight I'm going to the Spoke! I have wanted to go for WEEKs but usually I work Wednesday nights...and nobody I know really goes anymore. We're going to go but I don't think for very long. For those who don't know, The Spoke is a campus bar that I used to go to allll the time (of course, when I lived on and near campus especially).
