(no subject)
Well, in an interesting turn of events, I went to check out another unit in the same complex as the one I applied for and got rejected on last week. This unit is about the same size as the otherwise but in a worse layout plus the toilet was outside (almost). I put my application in for it and I got a call last night saying that I was approved if I still wanted the place.
Whilst I am eager to get out of where I am ASAP, I rejected the offer since I know I wouldn't be happy with it. Going to look at 2 places in Kedron tommorrow which are cheaper and look nicer than the one in Paddington. I just hope I havent used up all my good luck in getting the other place that I am doomed to rejection for the next 10 properties I apply for!
