beaver nut burger
well i played hookie on friday and wanted to eat somewhere
i hadn't been before. i'd been wanting to hit up beaver's
since they opened so decided to give it a shot. we sat out
on the nice deck since it was such a lovely day. i ordered
the "beaver nut burger" which is their homemade veggie burger.
it was amazing, filling and just the right amount of food.
the pattie is made of brown rice, cashews, walnuts, herbs,
cheddar cheese & spices and sits between a sorta sweet bun w/
lettuce, tomato, and homemade sweet pickles (which i normally
don't enjoy but these were good). $6
