Well, it's from Velvet Goldmine, which came out in 1998, so figure he's 26 or 27.

Hmmm....Ireland isn't part of Britain. An Irish person would probably be pretty offended by that. Northern Ireland (a few counties in the north of the island) is part of the United Kingdom, but Ireland Ireland (the big chunk in the south) is not. Great Britain = Scotland, Wales and England. United Kingdom = N. Ireland, Scotland, Wales and England. Ireland got its independence from Britain in 1921 and the Irish fought hard for it.
