end of July
I forgot to write this last week. :(
I spent Friday night at home alone with the pooches. The 3 of them were absolutely doing my head in. So noisy and needy. I played lots of xbox and did.. Not much else. Yelled at the dogs a lot.
Saturday I went to a small dinner party at a friends place. It was meant to be a Christmas in July thing, ended up eating pre-made lasagne, a delicious butterscotch pudding, and drinking lots of wine. Which I was fine with! We talked about the wedding a lot and my friend had the BEST idea ever - to put an outdoor 'gaming station' somewhere at the wedding. So we will set up a N64 with Goldeneye and MarioKart and people can hang out playing that all evening. Anyway. We went out to the pub and I wished I'd stayed home. I'd eaten so much food that I felt too ill to get tipsy. I can't do big carb-heavy meals any more I guess.
Nathan picked me up Sunday morning. I had a nice long bath in my mum's spa. We ended up ordering Chinese because we couldn't be fucked driving into town to buy groceries, then having to cook it all up. My stomach pained me a lot from the overload of crap food and alcohol consumed that weekend. Crampy. :(
