how do you adult
Going to lose my temper in a big way over this house thing. Not at anyone in particular, just start kicking things over and yelling or something.
Yesterday, we drove past a little house we'd had a look in when we were first looking at buying. It would have been over a year ago now. Nathan looked at me and said 'do you realise, if we'd bought this place instead of the block, we'd have had our own home for almost a year now?'
Depressing.
The builders finally got the proposal from the engineer, only a month and two days after they found the problem with the land. Now we have to wait for them to get quotes together and figure out the best way to go about the foundations.
I asked if we should brace ourselves for bad news. She replied that she is not qualified to comment. I'm taking that as a yes.
