The good, the bad, and the Ugly
So, I'll start with the good:
I am done with my baby class until October! This means no more getting up at an insane hour of the day to take a bus for almost an hour to Edina to work for 1/2 an hour just to take another bus back almost an hour to get home. I am also done dealing with my TA. The bitch was driving me NUTS!! I seriously think she is the reason I have grey hairs on my head now. YAY! All done with that crap! But I do have to say that I will miss the kids. They were just too cute for words!
The bad:
I have a closing program for all the norwegian Pre-K classes to attend. This part isnt so bad, its the fact that it's on Jens b-day in the evening. I am hoping I can work it so my class can go first in the presentations so I can get out of there and get home so I can party!
The Ugly:
The physics final last night was such a load of BS I can't even explain it! I took almost the whole time to do it. My brain finaly said fuck it and I had to turn it in. As I was heading to the door after giving my test to my prof, I could feel the tears welling up in my eyes. And sure enough as I put my hand on the door knob and walked into the hallway, I started to cry. And it kept going until I got outside and started talking with friends and was able to calm down a bit. What really gets me about this test is that even those students who are math majors or bio majors and understood even some of what we went over, didnt think they did very well on it. It sucked beyond major ass to say the least. most of us were ready to cry (and some of us actually did) so yeah. It sucked and I was not happy about the whole damn thing. But I got home and drank beer and went to bed. I had origionally planned on burning the physics project a friend and I had worked on, but that didnt happen. We got lazy. Maybe later. We'll see.
Ok, so that's all I have for you now. Just something for everyone to think about: Next week Wednesday is Jens' b-day. We are having a party to celebrate that and my graduation(actually there will be 2 parties) and if anyone wants to stop by you are more than welcome! The first party is on Wednesday, May 9th, starting roughly around 6-ish. The second one is on Saturday, May 12th starting around the same time as on wednesday. If you want to show up earlier than that, give us a call. BYOB and something to grill. We will have a little there, but not enough for everyone. It'll be great! If the weather is nice we'll have a bon fire and keg going. If not, we'll all try and fit into my house. That should be a wonderful adventure! So yeah, come one and all to this great celebration!
