I am three days into New job. The sound of drums have ceased and the natives are no longer restless.
I really think that I am going to like it here, the people are nice, and while the program used to track and enter transactions is a bit multiple screen heavy, I think that in a few more days I will have most of it down.
The building is old, but I like old buildings, full of history and pipes that cause the water to be deadly. I like to think of all the men and woman who have worked here over the years, the ghosts that still roam the halls, filling papers, and upholding the august laws of the land.
Life is going well, I have been keeping myself busy, old job phased out, new job phased in, and the a Mage and Req. game this past weekend, a little bit of time with friends, and the rest of the time spent with my new BF.
For those of you who are wondering why I haven't been around as much as I used to, I want to make it completely clear.
It is not because I am upset with anyone, avoiding anyone, or just done with my friends. It means none of that.
What it does mean, is I am taking sometime for me, spending time getting things straight, and time with a new interest to two. I will be around, not as much, but I will be there for anyone, all you have to do is ask.
