I'm in love. I don't even know how many bags of
tao kae noi my whole family has eaten the past couple of weeks, but we're certainly not going to be slowing down anytime soon. Fried seaweed is the shit.
I found out today, though, that there are more flavors than the ones our local Thai grocery has to offer (despite being labled as a Japanese snack, it's actually from Thailand). I would love to try the tom yum goong flavor, since that happens to be one of my favorite soups.
And for those of you who may not have heard of this particular
lust love-at-first-sight news story that's been getting a lot of airplay here in the northeast, I found it rather cute. :)
ETA: Happy belated Diwali to everyone that celebrates it! I just remembered since my sister and I have been eating the box of Indian sweets my mom got from work. *shakes fist at her lactose intolerance that's preventing her from eating the whole box.*
