Summer of Fitness, Week 2!

 Well, I've been on the exercise wagon for a week now! So far it's been :

Tuesday 6/28 : Jog 1 mile, walk 1 mile (not timed)
Saturday 7/3 : Hike to The Exhibit (30~45 min); Hike Three Trees (1 hr 30 min) [Big Bear hikes]
Monday 7/5 : Hike past Exhibit (1 hr 15 min)
Tuesday 7/6 : Jog 1 mile (13 min), walk 1 mile (not timed)

Today Jack and I are going to go jogging again. Still not feeling ready for before and after pics ^_^ Maybe next week? I'm pretty proud of myself though. Having Jack as an exercise buddy is really nice too. He motivates me! It's sweet because I'm like, really slow at jogging and even though he always ends up way ahead of me, he will jog back around so that I don't have to run by myself.  
I don't really feel different yet, but it's only been a week. We'll see!
