This just in...Westford Event/Pound fundraiser
Traditionally, PoundHounds have had many canine demos during their
events but this year have decided to showcase disc dogs
exclusively. Last year's event had some interesting breeds
participating including a Nova Scotia Duck-Tolling Retriever, a
Rottweiler, a Belgium Tervuren, an English Setter, and a Jack
Russell Terrier.
There are also MANY family and canine orientated events such as:
~Best Trick
~Best Booty Wiggle
~Oldest Dog
~Dog that Looks Most Like Owner
~Fastest Sit
~Highest Jump
~Doggy Massage and nail clipping
~"Ask the Vet"
~Beautiful crafts and gift baskets for the holidays
~GIANT Bake Sale~Silent Auction (do you have items you'd like to
donate to the cause we'd love to have them)!
~Delicious barbecue lunch (all proceeds go to help the dogs)
Directions to the 4-H Fairgrounds:
Rte 495, exit 32, Boston Road.
Follow signs to Rte 110 (about 1/4 mile).
Turn left on Rte 110 and proceed 1/2 mile.
Turn right onto South Chelmsford Road.
4-H grounds are 1 mile on the right.
Steve, this is in your area, and it's a free event. Maybe we can catch up during or after the event for a spell. Tori, your "puppy" should come out for this one as well. It's way fun. Sadie won best trick last year, and Sam for highest jump. Yeah, I'm a dork.
