Love

I love nothing more than making a significant different to a family with their animals. Unruly pets that cause friction in the house, or a general feeling of tension/frustration that one can cut with a knife. They "magically" turn into well behaved wonderful family members in a short period with a little instruction, and a bit of guidance.

I love my job.
