Rotors and Acting and Film Fests - Oh My!
I thought once you heard the squeeking of the breaks, you had a little time before the rotors went. Guess not. I'm stillin a pretty good mood for awaiting a $700 bill for Little Truck (tm).
Truck should be ok for a trip to NY and back for the next few days. Next project, the alignment and new tires (which have been on the back burner for awhile). I'm still hoping to have Denn take care of it next time I go to Maine, which I have to keep putting off. While it's being worked on, I'm getting some work done while Gordon is away tending to some pup. It's been pretty productive as far as Zen Dog is concerned.
In other news, will be working with Director Steve again on a 12 hour film fest...because to do a movie in all its entirety in 48 was just too wussy. *sarcasm*. I'm looking forward to it though.
Like the 48 HFF, we can't write any part of the script- in fact, the powers that be will provide certain things that have to be in the film at the last second to make sure everything is fair. Like the 48 HFF, we have to write, shoot, edit and send the movie in the time limit. Unlike the 48 HFF, which we used ALL 48 hours- we will have 12 hours.
1/2 a day to do everything.
Should be fun! I can't wait!

Tonight, I dine with my dear friend Shira in Boston. Again, I can't wait. It's been awhile since we've really sat and chatted- and giggled like 5 year old kids. Ok, it's been since Monday, but whatever. I still can't wait.
