This week...
Not a lot on the dolly front in the last week. Okay I lie, there's been a bit. I'm getting really excited about BJDC, hoping to buy a few things for the yos and my msd girl. Also looking forward to hanging out with good friends and seeing some of the Austin-ites I haven't seen in forever!
Friday night there was a local bjd minimeet. It was fun just hanging like those meets usually are. I still need to resize and upload my pictures. I was surprised but love onnas-baka-gaki for taking interest in and actually purchasing some of my jewelry. I've had a ton of fun making it and I'm happy it worked for her girl.
Saturday night was double date dinner with Dad-in-law in which actually more dolly fun times got to be had. I have pictures from that but they are all on bro-in-law G's camera and he needs to send them to me.... 48 hours and he hasn't done it yet... a few of the pics are really cute. Earlier in the day I also did a bunch of fun facial and ear piercings on phi-san's dollzone boy. I was so excited I really successfully achieved doing a good looking lip ring on a doll, and one with a chain attached to boot!!!
Over the weekend also spent some of my BJDC money prematurely. There was a yo outfit on Luts I've been waiting to come back in stock and it did and it was just one, but I will now get to fulfill one of the husband's dorky whims for Edo (soom ai). She will now have a denim skirt with a frilly top and now all I need to do is find her a unicorn. Also dropped by etsy and one of my fave sellers had a super cute new dal size loli dress and I couldn't help but buy.

On the subject of Shika at the friday meet I got my coolcat stuff from kyrenea and so now I've got her new eyechips. I need to paint the backs and sometime get together with dark_skada about changing them. I would like to just do it myself but I did pre trade her a pair of eyechips for the ones we're popping out of the phoebe, and apparently there's some trick to getting them out and well I've never done it before and I don't want to ruin them since I sort of promised them to her. Also on the pullip front... OMG I WANNA PREORDER LUNATIC QUEEN FOR MY ANNIVERSARY PRESENT!!!!! I just want to leave her all stock cause while I would like diff eye chips I don't wanna fuck up that gorgeous wig!!!! and the stock outfit is just nifty as shit to boot!!! Looks like Chelsea's gonna take a back seat cause I won't need to buy a lot of extra stuff for lunatic queen. Not a clue who she'll be just know I NEED her.
Also today paid for the Dollmore order that includes Logan's newest doll, a Dollmore Fine. Somehow even when he totally owes me dolls he manages to give this face/look about something with the word "limited edition" attatched to it. So we're getting the dollmoe LE lovely lingire fine becuase not only is it the doll he's been looking for forever to replace a character he once had embodied in doll form, but this LE has THE PERFECT faceup. So my BJDC fund is tinier than I originally hoped but I keep telling myself that that look on his face opening her up is gonna make everything all worth it and blah blah blah
