The number one question I have right now is not (as it should be) why am I awake, but instead it is why do they abruptly stop showing anything halfway decent on television at 5am?

So yes. Two classes down, finally. Another one will be down in under 6 hours. And then all that will remain is my sociology paper (somehow stretching an opinion on affirmative action into 10 pages) and cleaning/packing (which will be harder than all the other finals combined...). I hope and pray I get a good start on the Soc paper tomorrow, or else I'll have to write it at home, and we can all guess how well that will work...

It seems like almost everyone else is home already. Which makes me sad. At least I'm going home early for Amherst people... sucks for the people who are staying here until Thursday.

Anyway, I'm updating this because I am awake. I have been done studying (more or less) for 2 hours. Yet unable to sleep. And no one is on AIM to converse with me. Nor is anyone here awake. It's a big change from last night, when I was also awake now, but so were Eric and Roslynn. And the night before, when I was also awake at this time, but so were John and Richa. Tonight I am all alone. Sigh.

Seriously, they showed ER from 4am to 5am. Why replace programming with infomercials at 5??? It makes NOOOO sense.

Then again, maybe it does, and I doubt I'm the target audience of early morning television. Since they assume that if anyone our age is still awake, we have better things to do. But sometimes we don't. And we are just crazy. And have insomnia. Etc.

In 40 hours, though, I will be home. Not a second too soon. I need a break. And I miss all of you desperately.
