No, I didn't cook all of these tonight or last night... I'm just a bit behind on posting.

Rum raisin almond bread - Yummy! Soaking the raisins in rum means that every bite of raisin is a flavor explosion. Chewy raisins and crunchy almonds. This bread is full of awesome.

Sweet and sour green lentils - It's a fun tasty dish with pineapple, bell peppers, and other goodies. Not a favorite, but pretty good and not hard to make. Plus, lots of left-overs.

Mushroom tomato salad - This cooked salad was mildly disappointing when I first had it warm. It was better a few days later cold, but could have been better. I think using fresh tomato and not just tomato paste would have been better.

Polenta with fresh tomato basil sauce - The recipe was not very helpful. I think maybe it should have cooked it slightly longer. The recipe didn't say how long to let it cool before frying. The left-overs were much firmer and should fry up better. Today it tasted so-so. But maybe I'll enjoy it better when it's firmer.
