So, didn't make it in to the gym yesterday, and I really should have. Today's a crazy schedule, and with jkd, muay thai and grappling, I knew I wasn't going to be able to go there today. The house is pretty freakin messy too. Grrr. I really should at least go rock climbing or something. I feel like a slug. I hate missing workouts!

I'm at 125 today
Screwed up my eating yesterday because I got sidetracked at work and missed a snack or two.
Had:
5:00 am coffee
7:00 am Protein shake w/an 8 oz carton of low fat yogurt mixed in
8:00 am Coffee
9:00 am Protein shake
11:00 more coffee
forgot to eat util I got home from work (3:30ish)
3:30ish some crappy little tv dinner until I figured out what I wanted to do for supper
4:40 wheat bread
8:30 fresh ahi tuna, grilled catfish, artichoke, salad, sourdough bread, water (not exactly low fat)

Too busy to eat when I should, didn't eat nearly enough, woke up starving.
Not eating enough = to tired to work out. Grr viscious circle. Now off to work.
