Ahhh crazy tired, trying to get the motivation to train after work today.
I so want to go back to sleep!
I think the caffine in ths coffee is defective. May I have a refubd... or at least another cup.. or two...or four....
Jef wants out, she doesn't understand why I'm up and moving around (slowly) and not allowing her to run around wrecking havoc upon our kitties psyches...ya know since I'm up and all :-) As sons as I can ferret proof a room this afternoon I'm going to let her out to begin her plans of world domination.
