Countdown to W-day (10 days to go)
Wow! Now I know why I am not a professional wedding planner. Even with one (dear friend, Priscilla) I have dozens of details flying around in my head. Even with just a "small" wedding, there are so many little things to remember. We aren't even planning a honeymoon yet. How do people do it? I would be frazzled beyond recognition if I were doing a big event and also packing to go away for a week or two.
But the sun is out and it seems like spring, so I can't complain. I guess we just don't get a winter this year. If we knew in advance we could plan for it, although I don't know what I would do differently. At least in my new office I can actually dress as if it is winter, instead of stripping down to my t-shirt and sandals as soon as I get to work.
I had a lovely Valentine's Day and hope you did too. (I feel like Mr. Rodgers, as if I am talking to a television camera). I am marrying the last truly romantic fella left in the world - lucky me! (I guess you could say that he puts the "man" back into romantic - uggggh!)
