question for junior fanclub members

can someone tell me how long it takes to become a junior fanclub member? i got my friend to help me register when kisumai first announced their concert tour, but there hasn't been any news since then...

i'm still hoping to get tickets without resorting to auction sites...there's the airplane ticket to consider too.

...maybe this is a sign that i should just give up. ＯＴＬ
