Just so you know...

Who: Roxas (key_destination)  &  Tsuna (captain_dame)
Where: The Vongola ship's elevator
When: Sometime after this conversation
What: Roxas trying to tell Tsuna his feelings through action & song
Warning: Confusion, confessions, & kisses

Slipping into the Vongola's ship was just a simple task via dark corridors. It was just finding Tsuna that was the tricky part and to get him away from Gokudera's other's attention. Since Tsuna's room was the first place he checked, it was time to navigate the hallways and avoid anyone else in the procress just like any other recon mission he'd been on before. Only he needed to find the brunette fast before his own confidence in his plan left him.

The door to the elevator dings and the doors slide open, revealing a very drained looking Tsuna. He steps out and takes an immediate right as if his feet are the only things that have any idea of where he's headed. He's not nearly alert enough to notice Roxas in the vicinity nor would he probably see the Nobody if he was alert.

Just as he nears the elevator, he's surprised to find Tsuna so soon and it makes him take a few steps backwards. He's on the edge of indecision, but it seems that Tsuna hasn't seen him so he pushes back the option to walk away. "Tsuna...?" His call is quiet to not alert others since he only wants to grab his friend's attention.

He straightens up and turns around with eyebrows raised; honestly he thinks he's hearing things. Until he notices the cloaked figure near the elevator he's just left. The surprised look turns into a much more mild smile as he raises a hand in greeting to Nobody. "Hi, Roxas." There's no one else in the hallway right now, but there's chatter just down the hall indicating that there's company just outside the lounge at end.

The noise of other people so close makes his eyes narrow and his face burns for a moment. He can't do this with other people around- there's gotta be some way to....Roxas doesn't return the greeting as he blinks at elevator doors. It doesn't take him that much time to rework the plan in his mind as he moves to get the doors open and reach out to pull Tsuna in its direction.

"Eh..huh-wha? What is it Roxas?" Tsuna stutters, tripping over himself as he's pulled forward and into the direction of the elevator. Roxas looks conflicted about something, so he doesn't fight or try to pull away. "Is something wrong?"

Right or wrong, he doesn't know and doesn't answer as his fist hits a button to close the doors behind them. When they're safely hidden in the small elevator room, Roxas turns on Tsuna to press his shoulders against a wall. His grip is light and gentle but fast and soon has Tsuna right where he wants him. "Just so you know, this feeling's taking control of me. And I can't help it," he sings with his voice lowered to a whisper. The last words are almost a silent warning as he leans in and presses his lips against Tsuna's.

"...?!" He blinks a few times, looking frantically from the left to the right as he's pressed into the wall. 'I-Is he- singing?!' Tsuna's heart jumps up into his throat at the whispered words and Roxas closes in on him. He doesn't even get a chance to speak up as lips meet his own and his eyes grow to the size of dinner plates. "Mnph!" He protests, startled and lightly tries to move away to the side.

A little of Roxas' confidence falls away as Tsuna tries to move, but his hands shift from the teen's shoulders to the wall beside them. He's not going to let Tsuna go until he knows exactly what he meant. Keeping him trapped, Roxas continues to kiss Tsuna even though he never exactly planned this far ahead.

Tsuna's eyes droop to a close as he gives in to the kiss. The slight turning of his head that had previously been an attempt at escape is now just a new angle for the kiss. He presses back into the wall, chest heaving and shaking with the rapid beating of his heart. So this is why he's been forced into the elevator.

When Tsuna relaxes into the kiss, Roxas almost pulls away as his thoughts whirl around in confusion and happiness. The little tilt of his heads makes the Nobody hum in delight as one of his gloved hands comes up to stroke Tsuna's cheek with renewed confidence. He didn't have any expectations from the very beginning, but there were so many questions to ask and he couldn't imagine this happening.

Tsuna doesn't really know what's going on or what spurred this into action, but Roxas is very enthusiastic. His hands come to rest on the other boy's shoulders and he presses forward, opening his mouth to try and talk through the kiss. He's trying to make sense of this, but the only things coming to him are how Roxas' lips feel and why is he acting so strange?! Tsuna hopes the Nobody will get the hint and back off long enough to let him figure this out, because all Tsuna can do is press forward and unintentionally deepen the bond between their mouths.

The push against his shoulders and Tsuna's mouth opening up sends mixed signals and just forces Roxas' mind into another confused spin. He almost pulls away, but something stops him from doing so as he deepens the kiss, tongue swiping out over Tsuna's lips. Whether he wants to taste or touch, he's not quite sure; all he knows is that he wants more of something.

This feels like some kind of competition where he's trying to break away and Roxas is trying to hold on as if this contact is the only way he can express how he feels. Tsuna whines because the others tongue is hot and his lips are rough as they take desperately. He snakes his hands up the Nobody's neck till he's holding his head. Air. He needs air.

The tiny moan Roxas releases against Tsuna's lips when he feels fingers in his hair is enough to remind him that he needs to breath sometime. Finally, he pulls away but only far enough that his lips are still ghosting over Tsuna's. "I shouldn't love you, but I want to. I just can't turn away," he continues singing, his voice soft with the need for air. Searching for some reaction, his eyes try to catch Tsuna's gaze. "I shouldn't see you, but I can't move. I can't look away."

A dull thud sounds as Tsuna pulls his head back and hits the wall, taking in deep gulps of air like a man just saved from drowning. He's still holding Roxas by the base of his head and the gaze the other boy is looking for is thick with confusion. "E-huh?" Tsuna sputters. It's not a clear question. It's not even really a question, but it's all he can get out at the moment. He's only half catching the lyrics the other is singing to him.

Roxas grimaces for a second as he hears the impact, and his hand moves from Tsuna's cheek to the back of his head. "...I don't know how to be fine when I'm not 'cause I don't know how to make a feeling stop." The song just comes to him as if to answer Tsuna's question and his voice grows stronger as he loses the need for air.

Tsuna's watching him sing, wide-eyed and jaw still hanging slack from his desperate search for air. "...Roxas." He thought they were over this, but now he's completely lost and he's not sure where this all started. Brown eyes shake nervously, the new question being, 'why are you singing?'

Just the look on Tsuna's face makes his own heat up and his mind skips over lyrics like a broken machine. "This emptiness is killing me and I'm wondering why I've waited so long. Looking back, I realize it was always there just never spoken," the Nobody sings, looking desperate for the nervousness in Tsuna's eyes to disappear, "I'm waiting here...been waiting here..." His voice lulls to a murmur again as he goes with his instincts to press another light kiss against Tsuna's lips.

His face is bright red as he just now starts to realize what Roxas has been singing about. He can't pull his head back any further and honestly he's never been serenaded before or had anyone break out into song because of him. Tsuna's gaze softens as it stares down at Roxas' approaching lips and he licks his own unconsciously. His head bows downwards, shoulders hunched up shyly so he's staring up through brown locks to look at the Nobody's blue eyes.

Pulling away, Roxas glances back at Tsuna, not bothering to hide his blush as he moves the other hand that's pressed against the wall to Tsuna's chin. The lyrics fast forward in his head as he half sings half murmurs the end, "Thought you should know I've tried my best to let go of you, but I don't want to. I just gotta say it all before I go...Just so you know."

Fingers tighten in Roxas' blond hair, keeping him from moving away too far. He lets the other boy finish his song, brow furrowed at the sad lyrics. "W-Where are you going?" Tsuna takes a small step forward.

Roxas averts his gaze somewhere past Tsuna's shoulder and then back to his lips. He feels silly for a moment, ending his song like that, but the hands in his hair feel too good to actually try to leave. "It was...just in case I ever get sent back home," he replies in a quiet voice as he begins stroking Tsuna's cheek again to comfort him.

The look in his eyes is a little skeptical, but he leans his head into Roxas' hand. "And that's how you really feel?" He asks in a little over a whisper, once more bowing his head down, but this time he's turning the Nobody's down to face his and guide him closer.

Roxas blinks a few times as he willingly moves his head under Tsuna's touch. His other hand slips down from Tsuna's head to his neck, fingertips lightly tracing the skin until it moves to tangle in brown locks again. "...Yeah, that's how I feel," the Nobody murmurs while he leans in. He doesn't move to kiss Tsuna again, but the pause itself is a question. 'What about you?'

He shivers at the touch to his neck, shoulders rising once more as Roxas leans in. Tsuna isn't pulling away, in fact, his wide eyes are slowly closing and he's tilting his head more to the side. The brunette doesn't answer yet, like Roxas, letting his actions speak more for him. If he didn't like his friend in return then he would have let Roxas leave or smashed the button and bolted. "..I-" Crap, whatever I say is going to be too much... he'll take it too seriously!

Roxas watches as Tsuna's eyes close, his lips moving yet pausing on a thought. It's a little too hard to hold back to listen, and he presses soft kisses to the edge of Tsuna's mouth, their lips ghosting over each other as he moves to kiss the other corner while he waits for Tsuna to continue.

It's so hard to keep from just kissing Roxas back. He just wants to suffocate his answer between lips and heated breath as his head turns to follow the other boy's mouth. His mind is a heavy fog of comfort, because this does feel right and he won't complain, but he hasn't thought this through and he doesn't want to say things he's uncertain about and risk hurting his friend. His hands travel down Roxas' neck and he slowly, but firmly pushes the Nobody away, whispering, "stop."

The whisper automatically catches his attention and the Nobody reluctantly pulls away. Roxas doesn't take a step back though, but his fingers untangle themselves from Tsuna's hair and his hands slowly fall away to his side. "...Tsuna?" He's so confused; did he do something wrong? Did he misinterpret something along the way?

"I-I just need to think, ok?" And I can't do that when you're all over me. Tsuna gives him an apologetic smile because the only thing Roxas had done wrong was overwhelm him from the get-go. The smile on his face is steady if not a little nervous because he's still blushing bright red.

Roxas' expression becomes overwhelmingly blank before smiling back with his own blush to match. "Ah-...Okay." His reply is awkward sounding as he takes a step back to fumble with the buttons. The elevator doors lethargically slide open with his gaze averted, thinking Tsuna wants to leave immediately. He understands that maybe this was too much, but another part of him feels like it might be too hard to breath if he just looks at Tsuna now.

Tsuna chuckles nervously, staring down at his feet and running a hand through his hair and making it stand up even worse. He kicks his feet and shifts his weight nervously, trying to distract himself- not from Roxas, but from the fact that his heart is beating so fast he thinks it's about ready to burst from his chest or that he just might throw it up. It's making him dizzy and he has to grab a hold of the cool metal railing to keep from falling over. Despite all the confusion swirling around inside him, there's still a smile on his lips.

It dawns on him that when Tsuna doesn't make a move to leave that maybe he was expecting Roxas to exit first. "I'll...ummm...I'm gonna go then," he says lamely as he begins to turn towards the hallway only to pause when he sees Tsuna take a hold of the railing. That automatically sends off an alarm in his head, and he looks confused and concerned. "...Are you okay?"

As the Don looks up the blush on his cheek is now concentrated on the apples of his cheeks and it feels like his neck is on fire. His eyes are twinkling as if full of tears, but there isn't a single trace of sadness on his face. "I-I'm fine!" He chirps, voice cracking ever so slightly, waving a hand to say he's ok.

Roxas blinks a few more times, completely confused by Tsuna's expression before he turns back to the hallway. "Alright...I'll see you later then," he replies with the smallest tone of disappointment as he tries to keep his own voice calm and even. It doesn't help that he still feels like his face is on fire too as he makes his way into the hallway with a dark corridor appearing not too far away.

"Yeah...see you-" He sighs. "-later." Tsuna mumbles as Roxas leaves the elevator and walks down the hall. He too steps out and watches as the Nobody approaches the darkness. The Don feels sorry for his friend; knows he's confused him, but he just needs a bit of time to straighten out his feelings.
