long time, no post
I haven't posted on here in a while, and I feel obligated after Ariadne's post.
Being back from England has created all sorts of weird/wonderful issues. I didn't really have American culture shock, but I am having serious new Honors culture shock. I have a pretty incredible boy now and have nooo idea what to do about that. He takes me to cool things like the rodeo, the Griffith Observatory and a live show of The Night Man Cometh from It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. I still talk to Steph once or twice a week, which is really nice but still brings up kind of confusing feelings.
Being a history major/pre-law is simultaneously cool and awful. 6 12-page research papers in one semester sucks, but having professors who know and love me for no real reason is pretty sweet.
I guess I'm surviving here, but I don't know if I really want to. I need to figure out this summer. An internship in Chicago with NPR would be cool, but taking a history travel course and spending more time in England is reaaaallly tempting. Maybe I'll apply for both? Heck, if I can do it with the GRE and LSAT, why not with summer plans too?
