Comment with your pup and mine, and I will tell you:
1) Why they don't get along.
2) How my pup's opinion of yours has changed over time.
Or possibly I'll just ramble at you about interactions. You know how it goes.

I think that if Jennifer had had more time between OT3 realization and sailing off to her happily ever after to come to the bar, she might have -- eventually -- gotten around to really forgiving Galadan. Never forgetting or trusting him, though. I mean, just -- yeah. Accessory to her brutal rape and a threat to her and her child.
As it was, she got to a point where she wasn't actively afraid of him, because by her last entrance to Milliways, he couldn't hurt her anymore. She's beyond him. She was still wary, because come on, he's dangerous, but. And, as Guinevere, she could make the gesture of wishing him peace (note that she didn't wish him joy, though).
So that's something?

. . . Man, I can't even remember if it was her first impression, but the most enduring impression Nita got of Raven early on was him being kind of scary and crazy during the Oberon takedown. That colored her view of him for a long time. The Powers are great; crazy Powers are scary.
Sharing headspace with the Wise Power, and Raven's reaction to that, changed that a little. Raven's not Sofia's favorite person ever, but he is Her sibling, and Nita can get that. And having memories of Raven from a long, long time ago changes her perception of him, too. He's not as scary, now -- and I think he's less crazy, too, which helps.
That said, even when Raven was kind of scary and crazy, Nita liked him. He took her flying, after all; just sharing that one experience, small and not small at all, made her like him.
She's not always sure how to deal with him, though. Raven's brand of goofy is much more suited to Carmela's sense of humor than Nita's.
