Happy Sabbath

Oct 27, 2006 19:03

Dear Friends,
Ahh, I definitely need this Sabbath, for relaxation, spiritual rejuvenation, and reconnecting with all of you. This has been a rather stressful week, and the next two do not look any better, since I am in the midst of field experience for an education class. Tuesday I will teach my first lesson to actual students. This is a very scary prospect for me. Prayers would be appreciated.
It seems new domestic concerns are the center of the media right now. The biggest concern is the Mexican border - the building of a fence along the border and the fact that a deep alliance is being forged between Mexico, the US, and Canada. This is all being done by executive branches of government, not the legislature or by consent of the people. This could turn out to be an interesting turn of events in prophecy. We shall see, and we must watch and be aware of what is going on.
I still very much miss ABC and the feast atmosphere, and all those that were a part of both experiences, but I have been so busy, I havn’t had the time to keep up with my email as well as I had hoped, though I am doing much better than I have in the past.
Have a wonderful Sabbath Day!
Lotsa Love,
Mary

Last Week’s Scripture: “They shall not hurt nor destroy in all My holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord as the waters cover the sea.” Is. 11:9

Scripture of the Week: “…My soul magnifies the Lord. And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant; for behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed. For He who is mighty has done great things for me, and holy is His name.”
