Have you ever just sat there and watched the world go by, looking beyond how screwd up it can be? The man with the hat, the woman cradling her four month old child, the couple sharing a drink...so many lives in one big picture. It doesn't make sense to me. It's beyond comprehension. But I don't think it's our to comprehend. Doesn't it make you think, for just the smallest second, that there might be something greater? Those of you who read this know I'm Christian, but I'm in no way endorsing Christianity. I just never ceased to be amazed by what we call life. How can it be real? And if it isn't, why is it worth living? But people live on anyway, so it must be. It has to be. But how does it all fit together? The man with the hat picks up the blanket that is dropped by the woman with her baby, in front of the couple sharing a drink. The woman thanks him, the couple comments on the baby, and they all strike up a five minute conversation. "What brings you here?" "What are you up to today?" And for just those five minutes, five totally individual lives connect. How is it not fascinating? Try it sometime. Just sit and watch and listen.
Don't know where that came from but there it is. In other news...there is no other news...there is no blue light special!!!
Rah, folks are getting uber paranoid about packing. Everything is out and ready to go. We just need to get the boxes and such. And my wardrobe is currently in the process of being packed. Wooo! Kinda? Hmm, will be seeing some of my family for the last time until Thanksgiving/Christmas tomorrow...rah...
Why is it cloudy? The Perseids peak tonight, why is it cloudy!? Will deal.
Whatever.
