For NYE, V and I visited with some friends in the city.  We all agreed to drink at a friend’s house and top the new year with a bottle of bubbly.  About half an hour into the new year, everyone decided to go club hopping.  I never made it.  So, V and I came back home.  He was secretly thrilled, however.  He had had too much.
