Work vent.
I work at 6 today. I really enjoy my job but I'm getting pretty irritated with the scheduling. I was told when I interviewed that it would be 14-20hrs a week. I stressed that I only wanted to work 3 days a week and that 4 days every once in a while would be ok that day AND the day I was offered the job. I was told no problem. This will start the 2nd week in a row that I am working 5 days. 21.5 hours last week and 22.5 hours this week. I'm not really sure if I should wait it out since I know they are still hiring people or say something now. I don't want to work this many days. I don't mind working the hours, but, hell, I could have gone back to my old job and worked 24hrs in 3 days if I wanted to work this many hours. I am hoping it is just temporary and that once they are staffed, it will go back down to 3 or 4 days. I really can't swing this many days as far as babysitting for the kids goes. Ooh well, I guess I'll wait and see what happens.
