It's been a VERY pony week. I've gotten lots done (although I STILL need to get my movie swap pony rehaired...) and what's more, I've gotten lots in the mail! >} Yesterday I finally got my blue and silver zebra pony (the other gal had been waiting on an accessory someone else was making which STILL hasn't arrived! Oo;) who I think I'm just going to name Ginko. Today I got the one Port-o-bella/Lickity Split set I'd managed to get my hands on, Amber Wishes (GUH! The pictures do NOT do that pony justice!), and my pony from the Bookworm swap!
Yup, it's a Valdemar pony. I will ALWAYS have a soft spot for certain series' in this world (and will cheerfully forget the existance of others, but ya' know. ^^;). This little beauty, gender and name undecided as of yet, was made by Sew n' Sew. The detail on the symbol and chains is AMAZING and I adore the eyes. They're my favorite part, I think.
Sew n' Sew was simply calling it Valdemar which is a good name and allows for either gender. However, given the symbol I'm tempted to make it male and go with either Windrider or the name of Windrider's companion which starts with a "D" and I can pronounce perfectly but not spell (and which they CONVENIENTLY left out of the Valdemar companion. Bastards).
But. Yes. PO~ONY! *_* *happyness*
