Jazz Concert
I got to sleep in today cuz my first class and study group were both canceled, which was kinda cool except that I had a quiz today. Manda, Trevor, Rick James and I went to eat at the Den and I ran into my friend Lee who invited me to his jazz concert tonight. I'm not really that into jazz, but it was actually kinda cool. Lee had an awesome piano solo that melted my heart :) A girl that I went to high school with, Lexi, played trumpet in it too. Then they had a guy playing the sax that was nominated for 13 grammies, so that was pretty cool. Afterwards Manda and I went to eat at Hardees. I've never eaten there before and it was actually really good. I've started packing up my stuff already and we still have two weeks of school left. I think I'm just really excited to go home, I really miss my family and my friends back home. I'm almost finished with The Da Vinci Code and it's SO good. I can't wait for the movie to come out. I'm pretty disappointed that Tom Hanks got the part of Robert Langdon. I like Tom Hanks and everything but he just does not fit the part at all. Oh well, should be a good movie anyways.
