I finally managed to get my hands on Tripping to Somewhere, by Kristopher Reisz - this month's book club selection. And it wasn't easy! The paperback's out of print, and only the Kindle version's at all available. The Minuteman library chain did not have a copy. And I neither own a Kindle, nor can afford to spend money on a book I'd never read before. (Generally, I only purchase books I know I'll want to reread multiple times, and even then, generally only used.)
But I finally found a copy through the virtual catalog. That's the one that allows you to borrow books outside your library chain. Happy Lily!
And okay, there were two selections this month, precisely, I suspect, because of how difficult Tripping to Somewhere is to locate. But I've already read Libyrinth a year/couple of years ago and was kind of 'eh' on it. Not even for any real reason I can recall. It just didn't do it for me, despite the interesting premise.
Now, to read and review.
