Still in Penticton. I don't too much mind though. It's snowing in Vancouver today, so HA-HA rain people. Last year, it snowed in Vancouver for a few hours and everyone acted as if it was doom's day. Ridiculous.
I went to the mall here yesterday to find out about transformer cords, ect. It was really weird! All the kids were back at school and all the college kids were back in their cities and here I was walking around wondering what keeps these people going. They need to face it: it is all downhill from here on in in their lives. It's Penticton! On a Wednesday in January! Really! Get out of here! I wanted to put something in the air vents to put them all to sleep, then indoctrinate them with my lessons of how to live a better life ... says the woman who is voluntarily staying here for three weeks. Huh.
"I propose ... to brag as lustily as chanticleer in the morning, standing on his roost, if only to wake my neighbours up."
Well, not just yet.
Okay, joke's on me. I just got up and as I walked past the window I saw that it was snowing like mad here too. Huh. I guess that I'm gonna have to stop telling all the foreigners I met that it doesn't snow anymore because of Global Warming. GW ain't so bad after all. Maybe I'll stop using my travel mug and just paper cup it up. Is GW really affecting my life that much? Sure, when I get preggers, my baby may be able to kick through my stomach, but that is years away ... no need to worry.
Queen may be the best band in the world. Today. Why do rock stars have to die? Hasn't anyone found that fountain of youth yet?
