Can't believe I forgot my Hair News!
Oooh, forgot to mention, I got my hair cut today, finally! I went to the salon Lauren recommended, The Cutting Edge, on Sydney Rd, and they were really good! Not too expensive, and the hairdresser spent a lot of time getting it perfect. Taia always said you can tell a good hairdresser by how much time they spend trimming and chipping away at the shape after the major length has been taken off. So true.
I will post a pic of my fab new 'do when we get some gall-durn batteries for the digital camera!
I think I want some foils and a semi. My hair's kinda mousy lately. I would have done it today but it's just so expensive! Maybe I could get Taia to do it at her place. Simon could probably even do it, it wouldn't HAVE to be a qualified hairdresser, just someone who could get to the back of my head properly. Although Taia would know how to get it all timed right so there were no mishaps. I think I will ask her at her birthday dinner on Saturday.
Which reminds me, I have no idea what to get her for a present. I was thinking of spring-handled Fiskars scissors but I don't know if she's really kept up her sewing enthusiasm...
