YES WE DID!
I am home from the Obama Dallas party, with a very sore throat and mascara all over my cheeks and some wonderful new friends and OMG a new President-elect Obama and Vice President-elect Biden and a heart fill with hope and joy.
WE DID IT!!
We have a lot more to do, starting tomorrow, and our Obama Dallas office is turning into the Dallas Progressive Center, which I signed up to volunteer for. But for now, I'm going to go listen to the speeches now that I'm home and can actually hear them well, and probably cry a lot more.
