Memes, PC Games (Sims 2, RCT, WoW, etc.) Questions, and an Interview Link

I love the Shakespeare quote meme. The same site also has a Fantasy News Generator that is tl;dr but very funny. Plus:

I died in the Dungeon of Mlleelizabeth

I was killed in a damp catacomb by the wrath of Claudiair, whilst carrying...

the Sword of Ekwy, the Shield of Maddiec24, the Crown of Tunxeh, the Axe of Sci-fi, the Crown of Weirdtales, the Shield of Chancecraz101, the Crown of Roxymissrose and 126 gold pieces.

Score: 175

I don't know why I persisted in praying to claudiair when she struck me with a lightening bolt almost every time I did so. Somehow I could not give up my faith in her.

Speaking of fantasy realms, since I am getting a new computer Thanksgiving week, I have finally purchased The Sims 2 and a few expansion packs (University, Nightlife, Glamour Life Stuff, Teen Style Stuff, Bon Voyage, Celebration Stuff). I didn't get Seasons, Pets, Fashion Stuff, Castaway, Open for Business, Family Fun Stuff, Happy Holiday Stuff. (And it looks likes there's a Holiday Edition I may have to buy new from a reseller for $60ish???)

I have a few questions for the Sims 2 players on my flist:

1. In Sims 1 the expansion packs have to be installed in order. Is this true of Sims 2?

2. Are some of the expansion packs better than others?

3. Sims 1 had a very handy money cheat. Does Sims 2 have something similar?

I will probably have some other questions after I get started playing.

And now, WoW players on my flist:

I picked up the 14 day trial of WoW while I was at Best Buy. I have some reservations about getting into it -- chiefly that I am either 1) too introverted to be able to play it, as it seems to be an interactive game; or 2) too obsessive to play it, as it seems to consume one's life to an even greater degree than The Sims does. WoW players, considering what you know of me, what do you think? Should I give it a try?

I also bought Rollercoaster Tycoon 3. I don't know if there's a more advanced RCT game out there. I looked for Kingdom Hearts and Silent Hill and couldn't find either of them, which made me sad.

Oh, and a question for all of you gamers out there - are there any other games I should look into? I looked at Halo, and I don't think it's quite right for me. But there might be others I'd be interested in. I would love some recs.

And finally, here's an interview with Nick Hornby from the Atlantic. Mr. Hornby's newest work, the young adult novel Slam was published last month.

Edited several times because I am severely html challenged today.
