Okay, so there's a little blurb going around that makes it sound like Blake said he wanted Jordin to win in an interview this morning. I suspect the editing out of context for that blurb comes from TPTB and/or the Jordin camp. Not that there's much difference between those two. According to what I'm reading here, he was actually asked to take himself out of the equation and then make a pick. Then he said he wanted to win.
So, please, please still power vote like crazy with me on Tuesday night!!!
Also grassy knollish - we don't get to hear what the judge's and Clive's picks are this year. I'm not as worried about the judges cause I think it'll be Paula and there for be okay. But Clive? Dear gods! My biggest fear is that it will be something like Lynyrd Skynyrd's Freebird. If he sings it straight, well ... no. And if he tries to Blakeize it, it's 1) a classic anthem and How Dare You OMG!! and 2) it just wouldn't work, anyway. I'm trying to decide if something by Barry White would be worse. I don't know.
