My 2011
Yes hello 2012.
The only thing I'm looking forward to this year is graduation!!!!!!!
But turning 20 is seriously shit man.
Ohwell.
Let's see what happened last year!
1. Went Genting with Lim Sitong!
Freaking ugly pic of me,
but this is the only pic that she won't kill me for posting it online.
Don't even know what I was doing lol.
I rmb us making a pact about going Genting together when we turned 18,
well she turned 18 last year!
So I guess we did fulfill it!
But came back to Singapore and found out about Japanese tsunami and earthquake,
hais.
2. My cousin's solemnization
So pretty!
First cousin to get married,
a bit sad but extremely happy for her!!! :)
But it was the first time I saw all the girls shunning the bouquet.
LOL.
I thought people always wanna snatch it?!?!?!
3. Started internship at MediaCorp
Interned at the right place and at the right time!
There were definitely tough times,
but overall it was so fun and enriching.
I got to see Singapore stars! LOL.
Like almost everyday, but we got over it by the first week haha.
Most important part of my internship?
My colleagues!
They were the best anyone could ask for.
The best part of poly would definitely be my internship!
I forgot to download the group photo we have with our department so this is the best pic I have now haha.
Love them so much!!!!
4. Short hair yo
Made this crazy decision to cut my hair short and even dye it.
I teared when the hairdresser snipper off the first bunch of hair!!!
But well a memorable change I guess!
5. Clubbed for the first time
No pics cos it's all in my phone.
LOL but it was funny la clubbing.
Not a big fan though!!!
6. Last Harry Potter movie
Only people my generation can understand this.
I grew up with them!
I remember watching the first movie in cinemas with my dad and that thing.
Then as years passed,
I watched it with different people at different periods.
You know why I like the movies?
Cause they are so relatable despite you know me being a muggle.
All 3 main characters are not perfect,
their flaws all shown wide and clear.
Everyone in the film is not perfect and they are not afraid to show it, because it's who they are.
It's the best part of my childhood and I'm sad it ended.
Even sadder it ended on my last year of having a digit 1 in front for my age.
But I really love Harry and Hermione's friendship in the movie.
Even the suckiest series of the installment (Half blood prince) portrayed it perfectly.
I love you Harry Potter and I can't thank JK Rowling enough for writing this book.
7. Shanghai with Sitong
Hahaha the 3 men who made our trip so awesome!!!!
Sitong's grandfather, uncle(who looks EXACTLY like her mom) and Mei bo bo!!!
Honestly, 2 weeks there was just too short.
They treated us so well,
cooked us awesome food,
brought us to have awesome food,
drove us around,
brought us around,
and even told us a lot of stuff.
:)
I will never forget them.

But there was another highlight in Shanghai.
Haha.

I was so crazy there omg.
When I think back about what I said and all,
I really wonder what I was thinking back then.
But it was an awesome experience.
And I don't regret it at all lol.
Even though it was mad embarassing haha.

9. Batam with Stelle, Sitong and Jiawan

DID OUR FIRST MASSAGES ALMOST NAKED LOL WTH.
All of us damn shocked can haha.
Most memorable experience there?
EVERYONE KEPT ASKING ME FOR TIPS WTH?!
All of us fell in love with the spicy broad bean there!!!

10. My favourite yipo passed away
Hais, it was the saddest thing ever.
I don't even want to go through that anymore.
11. My favourite boy came to town
His movie and album promotions.
Watched his movie in the same area as him with tickets I won.
Won a chance to take a group photo with him at his autograph session on my bday.
Fought for a chance to take pic with him on my bday.
I think my good luck was used up the period he came!
Where got people win twice in a row about their idol one?!
HEHE ME ME ME!!!
He made my birthday so memorable and made me the happiest girl on earth on my birthday.
I love you GUI:)
But I need to stop my unhealthy obsession of you,
it's getting too much.
Don't know how I'm gonna do it,
considering how cute you always are on bfb,
considering you're coming during feb to shoot a MediaCorp drama.
Please don't leave bfb or take too much leaves okay,
I rather see you on bfb then see you in a local drama.

12. Malacca with my relatives
Hahha stupid face.
It was damn fun and relaxing cos of the company!
Love the food too!
And I just realised I went overseas FOUR TIMES this year wowowowowow!
So 2011 was a blur as well.
Time passed way too fast.
It was generally an awesome year cause of internship and GUI:).
But all the natural disasters that happened really made me damn sad.
Hais.
Hope no one dies cause of natural disasters anymore.

Well, I think I changed to a hmmm,
girlier person?
Not too much of external, maybe abit with the nail polish,
but more of internal.
Like I start to feel a little vulnerable and think that I need someone to protect me kind of shit you know.
Don't really like it though.
Hais.
I like to be independent me yo.
It's another matter if the one protecting me is GUI:) la of course.
Haha.
Not much huge changes this year,
only the haircut and the solo pic with GUI:) after liking him for 5 years!!!!!
And for 2012.
RESOLUTIONS TO BE MADE:
Hope i will stick to them!!!!
2012 will be a life changing year.
For the better or worse?

I really don't want to have any regrets in my life.
Looking back in the future and think about how my life could have been if I did this or that would suck so much.

- Be more mature and not be afraid of commitments and responsibilities
- Lose weight (for my cousin's wedding and my dream)
- Try to feel more with my heart
- Socialise more and get to know more people
- Figure out the path I wanna take
- Be less obsessed with GUI:) (really need to go one day without talking about him!)
