[update] on shopping and a brief q&a;
So. Yes. I meant to update a couple of times, but you know that thing about life and it getting in the way. :"D
My schedule's changing, so today was my last day on the whole Sunday-Monday days-off, and I decided to make the most of it and went ahead to shop at Greenhills before meeting up with my Marguerite badassbaby for dinner (Sizzling Pepper Steak FTW) and a cup of coffee and lots and lots of LULZ. Zyn mailnosecret was supposed to join us, but I swear, the universe conspires to keep me from seeing my ward so :(
I had a great time at GH though, despite the crowds and the rain. My shoes have been collapsing left and right as of late last week, so I bought myself two new pairs to appease the shoe-dieties. Also nabbed three pairs of skinny jeans (two in black that can pass for slacks, really) which it awesomely. And while I didn't get to score the two cardigans I was hoping to nab (the colors I wanted weren't available), it was an overall productive day.
And now, because my brain is mush -- have a meme:
1. Lots of pillows or just one?
Lots -- four, to be exact: two regular ones, a body-pillow and one of those big square ones. Of all these the body-pillow is the most important one. I sleep better with it, go figure. =\
2. What kind of books do you read?
It depends on what mood I'm in, but the majority of the stuff I own are fantasy, sci-fi and young adult. I love genre fiction.
3. What was the last song you've listened before answering this questions?
Rapunzel by Emilie Autumn. I posted it here on Tumblr. Go listen, it's absolutely gorgeous. :D
4. What's the best lesson you've ever learned?
Learn to really love yourself. It might sound silly, but it is important that people learn this.
5. Tell 3 things you have in your point of view right now.
The ceiling, my Burtonesque top hat, a row of D-zise batteries for my keyboard.
