I try my very best to be a nice person online and when talking about fanfic. I really do. Because I know personally what it's like to get whaled on by other people and I would never wish flames on anyone I know... but >< *resists the urge to kill something* my protective instinct over my country is far stronger.
Why do fics/writers who write fics like this even exist? Because in as much as Post-Colonialist analysis/Third World Lit drives me insane with heartache most of the time, I will make an exception for this. >< Don't bother reading the fic (and thank GOD it hasn't been touched in FOREVER), the reviews make it clear enough why so many people reacted badly to this fic.
