On the Job Application at MEGAWORLD and well-needed pluggage:
Feeling pretty good about myself despite spending the entire afternoon yesterday down at The World Centre Building in Makati. Went in for an interview with MEGAWORLD for the HRD Assistant/Recruitment and Training position. As it turns out, they already have someone for the Training side of things, but as for Recruitment, it's wide open and I'm eligible for the position.
*sighs* I'm hoping that this one looks better than the rest. The job looks good and the people are nice. So really, I'm just hoping for that second interview (which they said they'd schedule within the week, depending on the supervisor's availability) and that my luck comes back in full-force. *puffs*
Small world, really. Met this guy named Josef who apparently knows Terrie, Sammu alluriel and Sian nisa_dranyam. :3 He's working on the IYD with them and we kept each other company while waiting for our turn in the interview room. Harhar. Last I saw of him yesterday, he was filling out forms for MEGAWORLD. ;p I think he's got the job, so congrats to him. He'd been to the office three times before afterall, so yeah, it's neat that all the interviews paid off (that is, if he's finally in).
Working on the second part of Ellie Ridley's OF SOUND AND SILENCE and hoping to come up with something soon enough so that we can update otherearth626 again. :) Besides, I have another special issue up my sleeve and I want to get started on that. I've got the go-ahead from The Boss on it, which is why I'm so giddy.
And now, I must depart. I smell spam (actually, that would be Hormel Luncheon Meat, but in thie house we just call it spam) cooking downstairs and Mom homesong wants me to fix her up a bowl of cereal. Yes, I am hungry. :3 Hee hee~!
